Our Mission
The Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS) Chapter at Oregon State University is dedicated to supporting the educational and professional growth of underrepresented groups in cybersecurity. Our goal is to create a welcoming, empowering community where you can build your skills, connect with others, and enjoy the journey-- all while having fun!
WiCyS @ OSU Meeting Types
WiCyS General Club Meetings
Meeting every even-week Tuesday at 6PM to have a varied range of club activities, including game nights, professional development presentations, and more!
Hack and Hang
A casual time every odd-week Tuesday at 6 PM, where you can bond with fellow club-members and work together on resume-building and applications of any kind.
Capture the Flag
Capture the Flag (CTF) is an activity where students try to find a hidden string (known as a "flag") in a piece of log history or code, typically by using pen-testing/red-team methods!
